Tropical Sabbatical~ 

Remember [ this ] picture I posted a week ago and thought it looked a lot like Quisty and Lebreau? Well, I finally got around to adjusting it to look just like them. Unfortunately, I’m not always good at making faces look natural when using a reference photo. I’ll work on that!~ In the meantime, New Bodhum misses you, Quistis! (Is this enough of a bribe to make you come visit me, Lili? ♥)

Reading Fair & Foul is so inspiring and now I want to draw all night. Maybe some of Bartholomew’s style rubbed off on Rygdea?

…Or maybe I’m just torturing myself.

And then I realized it’s because it’s an ad for…  COVERGIRL!

I’ve been really inspired by red-heads lately. Jon’s beautiful sister Sara and her new addition to the family, her beautiful baby… and of course seeing Brave today and completely falling in love with all the culture and scenery…

there isn’t enough green in this picture but it could be worst! Nyurt’s prompts were “flowy” and “veil”

I had this picture of Rygdea sitting in my WIP folder that wasn’t going anywhere because it looked wonky… so I cheated and used the body for Wedge. Head swaaaaaap….

it’s bad enough that I’m ADD about the medium I use in SAI but this is just going to get worst…

About a month and a half over due, I’m sorry, but this one is for you Kennie. Merry Christmas ; v ; I’m sorry I lost my art-bug for quite a while. I meant to get this to you before New Years but then school and everything. Needless to say, I got way ahead in my course work this week, found out I was doing great grades-wise, and my art groove was back! I was finally able to finish Cloud and Bartz’s Snow Ball Fight!
